Was ready for this challenge, going to start in the middle.. and realized I'm 2 years too late..
I guess I will give it a try anyhow and see

I didn't see this until now. So far, I don't have a great start. It's my first week without any loss, but that's ok. I've been doing what I should, and the losses will come.

June 3: 202.5
June 10: 202.5
June 17: 202.5
I'm beginning to wonder if I'll see even a pound loss this month. I've been working so hard, too. :( I'm not giving up!

June 24: 199.5
The scale moved! I'm finally (barely) under 200 lbs and need one more by next week to meet the challenge goal.

July 1: 194.5
5 pounds! I'm not sure where that came from, though I should be at my lowest water weight for the month this week. It will be higher next week.

All in all a great month...now on to July!

Hello Team!

The challenge for this month is to drop at least 4 pounds in 30 days. That is at least 1 pound a week. Right now I'm at 230 so my goal is to be at least 226 by June 30th. Who's with me on this?
