today I will spend time in the garden. After I mow the lawns it will take time to work with my veggies and plants. Although it is getting things ready for winter and taking things out I still love the quiet time to be outside and with the plants

I am working on the steps in the book "Miracle Morning" there are 6 steps each morning. I do each one for 10 minutes to start my day
1. Meditation
2. Reading
3. Affirmations
4. Vision Board
5. Gratitudes
6. Exercise

it is really starting to help me fell centred
