SPARKYVN - there's nothing like a new form of exercise to help you bust through a plateau. I'll have to check out what kind of "walkers" you're talking about. Sounds interesting, and in combo with the walking poles obviously makes for a great workout.

I'm just getting back into daily exercise after a week off due to jet lag and other concerns. I've really missed it, but the rest has also been good. Looking forward to Saturday especially when I'll get to go touring with my Nordic walking buddies for the first time in over a month.

Blessings today,
Michelle

I am also getting more active as my weight loss has stalled at 145 lb. I bought a pair of "wobble-sole" walkers (Chung Shi) and hope to whittle off the middle fat-muffin tops. I took my first walk in them with the poles on Saturday evening. It was cool but I could feel it was a great workout. The "calories burned" calculated 400!

Sounds great! I just got back into Nordic Walking this past month after an injury last winter. Feels good to be toning up again!

Looks good Michelle. I look forward to seeing all the great ideas, tips and just getting to know everyone a little better. We could also do a huddle per day just to get back into the swing of things, if people would like too, or save that for another month. Whatever everyone would like to do is fine with me! Keep up the great work Michelle!
