Thanks for the encouragement! It was a bad day. Just occurred to me this morning that all those people losing .2 just have a different scale than me. If theirs didn't read tenths, they wouldn't have lost either. lol

I'm not giving up. Just going to lighten up a bit on the strength workouts, switching to walking with my friends instead of doing the Walk Away The Pounds DVD with the weights every day. And I'm going to go a week without tracking my food. In December I didn't track and walked a lot and lost a pound a week. So to shake things up a bit, we'll see how that goes for a week. :)

I am so sorry tohear that the weight is not coming off like you would like. Don't be disheartened! You did lose 4 pounds!!!! That's four more than I have, but like you, I notice strength and toning going on. You may need to switch things up a bit, but keep on moving forward!

187 again. sigh. I'm ready to give up exercising on the day before weigh in again. This just doesn't seem to be working for me. I am getting stronger and toned, it's just not what I want today. Once I finish the 28 day challenge, think I'll drop the bootcamp strength workouts. I'm less than a week from my trophy...

I perfer to be Honey Muffin or Muffin or Muffie or well you get the idea. I got the name from my old old dog that was my best friend. If a dog can be a soul mate, she was it. She was my angel here on Earth. She was my prayer partner, my secret keeper, my walking buddy, my furry child. She might as well been my first born. I write about things in my blogs that I/we as a family don't need getting around town so I would perfer not to use my real name. Of course anyone that knows me well could find me using her name.

Weight 157 WOO HOO!!! (Now I can feel good about the 5 pounds Lost award on my page that I got last year but gained back.)

Waist I've got to go do that again. That can't be right. BRB It is right. 35 inches. WOW!!! Down by 1.5. AWESOME!!!

Btw-4me2b you are doing a great job. Keep it up!

187 again. But--I must have built some muscle 'cause I KNOW I've lost INCHES!!

I should add that I got up at 6:30 and it was 188. Went back to sleep for an hour and then tried again to get the 187. See--getting enough sleep affects weight loss. lol

Weight 159 Waist 36.5. Ok the waist went up because I went to a website called Sarah at MyShape. They measure a ton of stuff and tell you were to put the measuring tape. So I'm now going by their method.

My weight--WOO HOO--same scale same clothes.

Well, after being out the stream of things, I'm at 142. Up 10 pounds, but I WILL get them off again. And I know where they are landed, in my hips! They measure 3" more than April. Yikes!!!!!! Time to get shakin'! emoticon

Down another pound this week, and it's TOM. Yeah!! I'm gonna have to concentrate extra hard this week to get near goal!

Keep up the good work, Jackie! No time for slacking now--one more week til Thanksgiving!

SW 311 at the beginning of the challenge
LW 310 as of 11/5
CW 310 -0 *Stayed the Same (Again)
GW 306 by Thanksgiving ~ Need -4lbs to make goal!!!!

My weight has been at a stand-still for a couple of weeks now!

In order to make the team goal of -5 by Thanksgiving, I will NEED to get rid of -2lbs each week. I would love to start next year off under 300#'s, so inspite of the fact that my scale isn't moving I'm still hopefull because I know I'm staying in calorie range and working out 30+ minutes every day (except Sunday).

We CAN do this! We WILL do this!! We ARE doing this!!!
