These are things that over the years I have found I always need in the kitchen. Sorry it's kinda long..lol.

For the kids: peanut butter, low sugar jelly, whole wheat bread, Bananas, apples, frozen berries (for smoothies), graham crackers, String Cheese, frozen peas, carrots, corn, flour and corn tortillas for quesadilla's, 100% juice (I water it down), milk, regular oats (not quick) for oatmeal, yogurt, cereal like Kix or cheerios (no high sugar stuff), granola bars, mac n cheese, hotdogs( I know not very healthy, but it makes for a quick meal in a pinch.) Frozen individual pizzas, my older two kids can share one and I usually serve it with a side of veggies or salad.

For dinners: Meats: Lean Ground Turkey, Boneless skinless chicken breast, lean pork chops, chicken
thighs. With the occasional beef roast, steak and ground beef. (My husband would kill me if we didn't have red meat once in awhile)

Veggies: Green and Red Bell Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, cucumbers, fresh spinach, baby greens, romaine lettuce, baby carrots, celery, Frozen Broccoli, cauliflower, stir-fry mix, frozen green beans.

Fruits: Red and Green Apples, pears. I buy other fruits, but it depends on what's on sale. Apples and Banana's are always in the house.

Pasta/Grains: Brown Rice, Red Potatoes, Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti, Whole grain Penne

Canned: Diced Tomatoes, Spaghetti Sauce, Tomato Paste, Kidney Beans, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, Healthy Request soups for cooking and a variety of spices.

We keep for us oatmeal, peanut butter (a staple), yogurt, Arnolds Sandwich Thins (I buy and keep in freezer), lean pork chops, chicken and turkey burger. For my little one (he is one) I buy chef boyardee spaghetti, lasagna, beefaroni. Cheese (he loves), vienna sausages or the gerber equivalent. He loves fruit, so we keep bananas for us and him, and fruit cups variety. That always is a winner. I get him those Dannon yogurts cups (small ones for his size), Green beans and peas like we eat.. he loves. He is one and only has 2 bottom teeth, but he does well with these foods and most other foods so far.
