My husband is on the wagon with me. We kind of started seperately losing in June.. Then he grew ill with pneumonia.. and ended up VERY sick and lost 20 pounds on top of the 20 he had already lost. The Health issues were a wake up call for him and since he has lost 13 more pounds. We have done that together. We have helped keep each other on track. He has now lost 53 pounds, I have lost 21. I just have to focus that he had more to lose... and is a man and loses faster. It has helped a lot! He doesn't by the junk he use to and he doesn't say..
this won't hurt you" like he use to when I was dieting. Now we have just changed our lifestyle. Forget the diets. We want to be this way for the better from now on.

My husband and I are losing weight together. I've lost 10 lbs in the last 3 weeks, and he's lost 15. It's tough to stay on a diet when you're also preparing meals for toddlers. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches never looked so good! emoticon
