100 calorie hearty English muffin toasted on the pan (spray with butter flavored pam and put it face down) with a "fried" egg (cooked on a non-stick pan w/ the above spray), a teeny bit of reduced fat cheese and some ff shredded turkey (also "toasted" in the pan ... mmm). Add in a piece of fruit and I'm good until lunch!

Had to rush to the gym so ate an access bar on the way (which gets your body to burn fat right away instead of waiting 20 minutes after you've started.)

I had 2 mandarin oranges
1 cup nf milk
2 glasses of water
1/2 cup no-salt cottage cheese
plain bagel thin w/Brummel & Brown spread
378 calories

Note: I didn't want the milk, but it's expiration date is Jan 2 and I hate throwing food away. IF I didn't have the milk, it is only 288 calorie b-fast.

I generally eat 2 slices rye toast with 1 T almond butter and an orange (or cherry juice), but today I spiced it up a bit and ate grapenuts with almond milk!
