Tortilla- 97 calories, 1/8 cup of cheese - 52 calories, rosarita refried beans - 50 calories, 1 ounce of ham - 50 calories and some coffee.

I eat a strawberry smoothie with one scoop Lean - Vanilla, 8 ounces of fat free milk and one cup of frozen strawberries. These things are AWESOME and fill me up until Lunch!

Good luck on the colonoscopy, MOTECA. I've had numerous ones -- and the "cleansing is the worst" -- but one of the best medical tests you can have!

For me, I wish I could say something more than my usual, but I can't -- coffee, coffee and more coffee!

Those sound really good. I used to eat them in the morning a long time ago and haven't made one in forever. Of course I never checked the calories in them at that time but I would use a scoop of orange sherbert, banana and strawberries and about 2 tsp. of dry jello power (whatever flavor you like) and then add a little milk and ice. They were great. Sometimes I would add the protein supplement powder too. I may give them a try again when I get tired of my cereal after I scope out how many calories I am putting into it LOL

I tend to be the type of person who eats the same thing every morning until I get tired of it and then switch to something else. Right now I am making fruit smoothies every morning. I use 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup 1% milk, one banana, a little bit of honey and any kind of frozen fruit that I like. Today I used Mango's and Strawberries, Yum. They are so go that my 14 y.o daughter is having one every morning. Although she does not have any weight issues, it is much better than the Pop Tarts she used to have. emoticon
