the box said"Granola with Acia(?sp)Berries"
It is really too sweet, so I cooked it with hot water like oatmeal, stirred in 1Tbsp golden flax
seed and topped with 1/2c 1% milk... way better. Yum!

10:00am bannana and coffee , i know its a weird combination, but i take the coffee with less sugar and creamer if i eat something with it.

I had what I call "birdseed" toast with peanut butter. I call it that because it looks like someone through in a cup of birdseed before they baked it. :) It has all kinds of whole grains and such, plus tons of flavor! I love it and it helps me get some fiber for the day.

Plain oatmeal with a little toasted flax seed, and some strawberries. Of course, a little coffee. I'm convinced the oatmeal/flax is calming down my IBS symptoms so this is my breakfast every day, just swapping whatever fruit I have on hand.

We went to IHOP and my daughter and I split 2 of the Simple & Fit choices. She ordered the Spinach, Mushroom, & Tomato Omelet, while I got the Belgian Waffle combo (BW, strawberries, scrambled egg substitute, turkey bacon). My total was about 330 calories. It was filling and YUMMY! Just a perfect combination of savory and sweet!
