Podrunner by DJ Steve Boyett also has a wonderful mix, that has been letting me follow the program while reading a magazine. It plays a tone when it's time to switch from walking to jogging, and since I can get frustrated when watching a clock, this is a perfect way for me to make c25k work. Enjoy!

I just wanted to post a link to the podcast I have been using. I'm a UK member and it's from the NHS (national health service). I'm only as far as week 3, but it's great. You don't have to worry about times and there is some music to run to. It's really helped me, with little tips and motivational words. And it's free!
