25 LB GOAL done 4/28/2019 (100 lbs of pressure off my knees)
30 lbs released done 5/16/2019 (120 lbs of pressure off my knees) 5/31 again
35 lbs released done 6/18/2019 (140 lbs of pressure off my knees)
40 lbs released
45 lbs released
50 lbs released

Pick a 7 day habit that you would like to work on. You can do a different one for each week in the month of August. You might have a habit you would like to get under control or one that you would like to add that will improve your lifestyle habit. If you have something you would like to add to this list feel free to do so. Picking one is a great start. YOU CAN DO IT!

No soda
No bread
No alcohol
No pasta
No sweets

6 or more bottles of water

Eat a Rainbow of Colors (fruits and Vegetables)

30 minute workout daily (You decide what limit of time is good for you. It might be less or it might be more, remember you don't have to do all 30 mins. at one time. Split them up during the day if you have to.)

Biking
Walking
Strength Training
Swimming
Golfing
Work on a new habit or get rid of an old habit, you choose, 7 days at a time, you can change each week if you want to. Copy the tracker for Week 2 and list your goal.
