I need to get motivated again. I have been struggling this month. I fell off my diet really bad last week which meant no walking with Leslie. I have problems with the blood pressure meds from the doctor and being really tired all the time. Going back to the original med so hopefully it will be okay. I am determined this time I am going to lose the weight and keep it off it will just take longer. I lost the weight twice but put it back on so I know the triggers and have to deal with them.

I don't know if I would be working with not being able to breathe. Please take care of yourself!

Take it easy. Listen to your body. I hope you feel better soon.

If you body needs rest and to heal that is what I would give it. However, my friend often struggles with bronchial issues. Does a warm environment provide any relief? Do you have access to an indoor pool that is really warm? Maybe you would be able to do some water walking? I wouldn't do anything to stressful, but that might allow you some overall light fitness. Best wishes.

I'm on my third round of antibiotic. I am back to exercising, but I had to slow myself down and allow myself to do less. I had quit during December because I just couldn't keep it up. I didn't have the energy to do more than work and sleep. After Christmas, I decided to slow it down, do easier walks and even not do as many miles for a time. I'm getting my strength and stamina back, even though my sinus infection is still there. At least the bronchitis is gone. Take it slow. Don't over exercise while you are sick. You're body needs to heal. Focus on eating right and slowly get back into your exercise program when you feel like you have the energy. And don't worry if you don't get back to your previous level for a while. I've decided that I like what I'm doing and I feel good. I'm not going to worry about doing more until closer to spring.

I can't breathe from a winter illness I can't shake and it's making it impossible to workout.

Any ideas for working out with painful breathing that feels like someone sitting on my chest?
