My minigoal is to get into the 330's by the end of the month. I need to eat fruits & veggies. I haven't been doing that very much this week.

Next Goal: To get into the 330's.

I would like to lose2 pounds a week.I will keep a food journal everyday for 30 days.Also I will exercise everyday for 30 minutes.

My mini goal is to keep my maco's within range for 7 days. Then start all over again. Also, 60 minutes of cardio daily really helps with my anxiety and overly busy mind, so I aim for that as well. I would like to lose 8 lbs by the end of September, I have 4 to go.

Do any of you have mini goals.Mine is to lose 14 pounds by Halloween. I started on 9/11.Also I will drink 8 glasses of water everyday. Let me know if you have any?And... how you are doing.
