Thanks all for your input! I appreciated it!

I've decided on a 1 team Biggest Loser Challenge. I'll post about it sometime Tuesday afternoon.

Maybe halfway through I'll set up a Lose it to Win it Challenge like Nora suggested.

I don't mind the one team challenges........I just don't like the "lose it to win it" challenges cuz I've been going up and down up and down with my weight lately and if I have a gain then that means I'm out completely and have also lost the bit of motivation the challenge had given me. Just my two cents on the matter.

I would volunteer as a team leader but I just don't feel that I would be a very good leader, struggling with my weight, with exercise and staying active within the team myself. Guessing maybe others are feeling the same? Will be happy to join anyway you choose Dusty.

Dusty, no matter what you do, I am happy to help in any way I can, as team captain or whatever. The challenge was a huge motivator for me, so I'd love another one soon, but I am sure they are a lot of work on your end!

I wouldn't join it if you changed it like that. It would no longer be Lose It to Win It but something else. That's why I suggested running both.

With the Lose it to win it Challenge.. why can't we modify the rules, so that you have a certain amount of gains like 3 before you are out of the challenge. Or if you have a gain t you have to do a fitness challenge the next week to be able to stay in, like 4 days of 20 minutes of fitness or something like that. That way people can participate longer, and the challenge maybe what you need to get the boost to lose.

Would it be hard to do both?

Could you get it started and after the first week I could monitor it? As long as I could be a participant that is.

I find Lose It to Win It very motivating.

I know that's what I don't like about it (Lose to Win).

Plus most all of us have gained or maintained through no fault of our own. Or visa-versa, have lost weight when we've indulged a few times during the week:)

I really need to get my head in the game this go round, not like last time. If we had done lose it to win it last time I would have been out the second week. But I had company which made my controlled eating a challenge. So I'm gonna to say Lose It to WIN It, because if I get my head on right it should work.

One team challenge. I don't like the 2 teams. It feels like I loose my friends when we do that. Sorry just my opinion.

For our next Team Challenge would you rather:

1) Biggest Loser Challenge / 1 Challenge Team
(It's been difficult to get Team Captains to volunteer:)
Participants will compete against each other for the Biggest Loser Title. (6 week challenge.)

2) Lose It To Win It Challenge
To remain in the challenge you must lose weight each week. (6 week challenge.)

3) Your suggestions for something new or different.
