I WEIGHED IN THIS MORNING AT 329.5# SO I HAVE A GAIN FOR THE CHALLENGE BUT AM GLAD TO SEE MY WEIGHT BACK BELOW 330# I STILL THINK I MUST HAVE LOOKED WRONG AT MY STARTING WEIGHT BUT I'VE BEEN CHIPPING AWAY TO GET DOWN THERE AND HAVE SUCCEEDED. THANKS FOR ALL THE TIME YOU PUT IN, DUSTY.

BUT MY SHORT TERM GOAL IS GETTING BELOW 300. I'VE LEARNED THAN LOSING 10% CAN IMPROVE HEALTH AND WELLNESS! Lynnsallee
