Veggie Burger with all the fixings. (Sesame seed bun, lettuce, onion, avocado and maybe a little relish.)
Green Beans (With I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray.)
Vanilla Ice Cream (Individual size, Dreyer's Slow Churned 1/2 the Fat.)
Strawberries sweetened with Splenda

Calories: 630
Fat: 30.5
Carbs: 170
Protein: 23.5

That's a lot so I'd add another veggie pattie, lose the bun and avocado and that would reduce the total to something more reasonable.


Of course my FAVORITE, Favorite would be Margaritas, Tortilla Chips and Guacamole! emoticon

Pros: Whether at home or on your lunch break, you make the effort to squeeze exercise into your busy life, which is commendable--and no easy task!

Cons: By always doing two things at once (walking while on the phone or doing a quick home workout in between chores), you're prone to stress and never get a moment to relax.

How to make the most of it: While you should keep parking farther away from the store and doing lunges on your lunch break, look at your life and see if there are unnecessary things you're doing. Set aside 10-minute chunks of time just for you to relax and fit more focused exercise in. And to really please the Multitasker in you, choose to incorporate moves into your workout that combine multiple muscle groups at once, like squats with bicep curls or a lunges with a lateral raise.

I didn't eat out either day. I just had some fruit, bagel chips and string cheese for dinner Tuesday night and Wednesday night I had a Turkey and Provolone Pretzel bread sandwich from the freezer and some more garlic & parmesaen bagel chips and a little bit of blackberry ice cream for dessert. I also had some cranberry thin cookies and string cheese throughout the day.

I can do THIS challenge with no problem at all. emoticon I live 11 miles from town and there's no delivery out here and I don't drive to town just to get take out ever. I only get take out if I happen to be in town on an errand.

I like the Spark Summary Planner. It is really cool. I had never seen it before. I don't know why they didn't advertise it more. I think it is a valuable tool. That is one I will have to keep in mind so I know what is going on. I hope to use it more in the future.

Sweets aren't my weakness. I allow myself two small sweets a day around 100 or less calories each and I'm satisfied with that.
