last week 251

This week, I am sorry to say.. I cannot not get on the scale, and I know that is not very teammate of me, but it will send me into a whirl wind. and a set back, I did not binge or over eat in any case this weekend.. I mean yesterday at the cook out yes ate good food. and good portions I did have a hot dog, no bun, baked beans which I don't eat normally and a small amount of ice cream. and more sangria then I can count... which ok your saying that is not all bad.. but I know my body.. if I step on that scale..it will be up 10 pounds.. no kidding..so I just cannot do that to my self today I will be spending it drinking lots of water and getting back to "normal food" plain..
