Hey, everybody - I really didn't want to exercise yesterday but then I realized how close I am to 300 days. (January 9) I had already taken a 15-minute walk, so I put on a CD and danced around the living room for awhile, did a bunch of squats and crunches then went to bed. Why did that last 15 minutes seem so hard when actually doing it was that easy?

Have you seen the SP "31 Days to Healthier Holidays" Calendar? It's got some great tips...see yas!

I just started a new job and have been completely beat. But! I have finally started work again for the first time in more than a year so this is good!

It's a new month and it's bound to be a busy one!

They (whoever "they" are!) say it takes 21 days to form a new habit. So if you start today, December 1, you'll have your new habit set by Christmas and you can sail right through the holidays.

Set your own goal - for me, it's 30 minutes of some kind of intentional exercise, usually cardio but sometimes a mix of cardio and strength.

Ready, set, STREAK!
