Sheenadee sorry I didn't finish the challenge. I am going in for shoulder surgery today at 1:30 pm.

A great valentine's day gift but at least it will be getting fixed.

I will be back don't doubt it. And hopefully better then ever.

See you in about 6 weeks.

And also thank you for the goodie although I don't feel like I earned it.

I was trying to think up something a little different; but, guess I'm not very creative today. So, I'll keep this challenge going another month at least. Please let me know if you are interested to continue it or if you'd like to see something change. Thanks.

Starting up our January tracker...

This challenge thread is to track anything health or fitness related that you want. You set the goal, the pace, and the measurement. If you tell us your goal and track progress here, there will be a Goodie at month's end to reward your efforts. You'll also find friends here to cheer and support you along the way.

Ideas for fit & healthy tracking: Track your goals and progress in using EA Sports Active, More Workouts, Biggest Loser, Gold's Gym, Just Dance, My Fitness Coach, Walk It Out, SparkPeople videos, calories burned or eaten, minutes exercised, miles walked, steps climbed, laps swam, etc. All are welcome.

Here's the format that has worked well for us tracking various videos in past months. You can use this or another format if you prefer. Whatever works for the type goal you have. This is what I like to track for the EA Active, WIO & similar videos:

January's Goal:
1) Days exercised on xxxxx in Jan.:
2) Minutes exercised this session:
3) Total time:
4) Calories burned this session:
5) Total calories burned:
6) Steps walked: today - xxx total - xxx

The Steps Walked line is optional, of course, depending on if you use Walk It Out or some other video that counts steps and if you'd like to track that. Just modify the tracker to suit your goal/s.
