Still sick - sore throat, coughing, but I am determined to try to make it to 150 hours on Wii Fit. So today I did 85 minutes, of low impact stuff and only had to personal bests - Beginning Snowball Fight - 37 and perfect 10 - expert 1:18.78.

Wii Fit Start Bank: 136:07 - I had this wrong last time - I guess a typo I didn't notice. I still need 13 hours by the end of the month.

The Wii Fit Bank is the bank that shows how many calories you burned doing each exercise. Mine is orange and has a pig snout on the side. You will see it on the Training Menu page. Click on it and it shows you how much total time you have spent on Wii Fit. This is your Fit Bank.

Challenge #114: Sep 19-25 Fall Into Fitness 2010

Wow, time surely does fly. It is time for our 3rd annual Fall Into Fitness challenge. This week is the official end of Summer / beginning of Fall - I swear summer gets shorter each year.

To get us going into Fall on a good note, this week's challenge is simply to put in at least 15 minutes per day of Wii Fit (or Plus) time with the exercises of your choice. Share what your Wii Fit Bank total time is at the beginning of the week & then again at the end so that we can all see how quickly the fitness minutes accumulate.

As always, it's fun to see how everyone is doing throughout the week, so post updates like how much time you put in, any new personal bests, what exercises you did, etc.

Let's start off this Fall as the most active one ever. Take care all & wishing you new high scores & new fitness successes.
