We lost electricity when I was posting yesterday.
I have done all the challenges this week.
I was frustrated today with the Island cycle.I found all 22 flags but got stuck up on the cliff and kept falling off trying to find the way down.

I`ve come to the conclusion that golf just is`nt my game.I do pretty good on the WiiSport game but on the WIIFIT,well,I stink.
I tried it 3 times and on the third try I manage to get 2 balls close enough to register a"good".
So for driving range:76 in approach mode.

I will record the numbers tomorrow since I don't remember what they were I think I got 91 for my yoga but that could be wrong. The numbers sound fun.

I loved doing them today I just got my Wii this month so this is great since some of them I would never have tried.

The numbers we are showing are the scores that we got in each of the exercises, and sometimes you might see the number of reps indicated. E.g., I wrote: Torso Twists - (6) 93, which means I got a score of 93 in the 6 repetition version.

If you do not want to write down your scores & report them here, that's okay too. I think the scores are fun so I can see how I've improved (or not) during the week; but it's not usually necessary for the challenges.

I hope you enjoy doing them.

Driving Range - So frustrating... I only managed to hit the ball twice. About 15 other swings it wouldn't actually hit the ball because I was doing something wrong. I just had to stop & do other exercises instead. I've done better other times, but I was sure messing up this time.

Challenge #101: Jun 20 - 26 Sports of all Sorts

As many of us are celebrating Father's Day, this week's challenge is in honor of the men in our lives. Sometimes men are all about sports so we'll spend this week focusing on sports-related activities on Wii Fit.
A big thank you to TEACHINKIDS2 for the idea for this challenge. It includes exercises that I know are favorites of COUSINCAROL, GRAMDEB2, and L1SAATAYLOR.

Sun, Tue, Thu
First we'll do a little warm-up: Torso Twists and Warrior
Off to the golf course: Driving Range (do Arm & Leg Lift if you don't have Plus version)
Now to the boxing ring: Rhythm Boxing
Finish off with some team play: Soccer Heading

Mon, Wed, Fri
The warm-ups: Deep Breathing and Sun Salutation
Some next-gen style exercise: Skateboard Arena (do Adv Step if you don't have Plus version)
All around great cardio workout: Island Cycling (do Free Step or Free Run if you don't have Plus version)

Sat
Do the sports-related Wii Fit games of your choice. You should be plenty limbered up from the week of sports and games so really reach and try to do something extra.

Choose the duration or level that you want to do; I suggest you go for the highest/longest level you have time for each day.
Remember if there is something you do not have unlocked yet or cannot otherwise do safely, please pick a substitute item to do.

Goodies at week's end for all you sports participants. Enjoy!
