JAMGEMMOM - If you create a routine for your yoga & strength, it will not tell you how you did ... no score is tracked with the routines. I was really disappointed when I learned that. If you want to do a routine for the challenge, that is fine. It all still counts, you just won't have scores to share. Completely up to you how you prefer to do it. Good luck!

Lots of new things today I've never done before. I was really enjoying this workout.

Well, that was hard work. Because I just started working out again yesterday, all of my muscles are very sore...making these exercises ten times harder. But I did do them all!

Challenge #87: Mar 7-13 Abs You Can Bounce a Dime On

This week's challenge focuses on strengthening our core. Join me in doing these Wii Fit exercises that were chosen with this goal in mind. Do one set each day.

Bonus challenge: The moon is at half stage on Sunday. Do 2 sets of the Half-Moon pose today.

Remember: If you cannot do it all, do as much as you can. For example, if the 10 minute hula is out of your reach, try the 3 minute and gradually work your way up in the days/weeks to come. The idea is to get up and MOVE! It's a good thing.
