I'm just not meant to be on a computer today. First problems at work (four woman - one computer). Now I keep losing invites or getting kicked off the internet. Please if you still have not gotten an invitation, spark mail me and I'll keep trying. Perseverance - it will help me reach my goals!

these challenges help me stay focused (on me) the most! I love the way this is structured... a point for every glass of water I drink will have me drinking more than no points unless I do 8 glasses ( that is so hard for me)
