Wow Paigesmama,over 2 hours- emoticon

My 10 day challenge is to declutter an area every day for 10 days(I'm on Day 4). When I have time it's a bigger area,really short on time it is something like a desk drawer :)

I got over 2 hours of exercise in today. I did cardio, Strength taining and streching today.
and then I took a walk on my break at work.
I have really been watching my calories too. I want this weight gone. I want to be 160 or less by Oct 15.

Great job on Day One!!

I think I'll do okay today...just need to have a big ol' salad with my spaghetti tonight for the veggie goal. Had fruit at breakfast and will do the same for a snack while fixing supper. And...I'm on my way to the treadmill right now!

Well emoticon complete. I did 63 minutes of cardio when Paige took her nap. I was going to do some strength training, but was a little beat after the cardio. I hadn't eaten much this morning.

I stayed in my calorie range and drank a lot of water.

Yeah!!! I completed emoticon

I am glad to see all of us starting over when we don't make it to the 10th day. It just shows that we all really want to do this.

My exercise the past 3 days has consisted of walking from the van to the bathrooms. LOL Gotta love car travel!

Food...I'm doing okay. Did allow myself some cheese on the salad tonight (my VERY favorite antipasto salad in the whole world) with their creamy dressing so I know there must have been a little gluten in that dressing. My stomach did reject something tonight but it was worth it!

Today was a loss since I was so busy and ended up snacking...tomorrow is Day 1 and adding a new goal:

1) cereal for breakfast emoticon

2) Log my food in daily emoticon

3) No snacks after dinner except fruit or popcorn emoticon

I am not making to the treadmill this week so will call it Day One again when I return from vacation. I think I must have had dd's bug since I had a bad throat yesterday and have just been extra tired. Nap was required each day!!

On the bright side...I haven't had a night snack for 2 days straight. yeah!

I took today off from exercise. My body is a little sore. I still got up at 4:30am and spent the time going through things to get rid of. I still have a feeling of accomplishment even with out the exercise. I am getting my life back together and organized.

Ok...new goals! I find that this challenge really works for me and I am determined to make it ten days!

I agree.Slow and steady does win the race. I stopped weighing myself because for me that wasn't really what I wanted to be doing. I know I've lost weight and inches because of my clothes size. I'm also gratefful for this thread,it helped me with the challenges i was having the most problems with emoticon

Day 4. I am getting ready to workout in a couple of minutes so today should go good.
No change on the scale today. Took my measurements and no change there either, but I feel good and know that when I workout the results are always about a week behind what I am doing. That is the way my body works.

Treadmill: 5x/week for 30 minutes
(wanted to add hand weights and resistance bands but will wait until my wrist is better)
Night Snacking: quit it!! (I'll allow myself 2 nights out of 7 this go round.)

Day 5 down! I have been under my calories for several days...I will have to actually add some food. I am hungry now but will wait.
