Wow! That's an interesting technique as well. I'm not certain my balance is up to that but I'm going to hold on to the wall/bar and give it a try tomorrow (I've already done my rebounding for today). Gotta give those calves a chance to relax a bit!

OH WOW! My butt hurts just WATCHING this and I will definitely have to modify to less vigorous version until I get up to speed.

Yeah....no.
lol.
Try the Jamba Run. It burns so much that Dave Hall lost too much weight and had to cut back on that move. The doctor said that move is so intense it can make new capillaries.
I've been rebounding for 20 days straight (counting my Sunday rest days) already dropped the five pounds of water ( I lost that overnight) and now I lost 4 more pounds since Feb 8th, so if that keeps up I might have to cut back. But I do have to lose about 111 lbs, so I will have to see how it goes. I want to lose, but not so quickly that I have skin hanging.

This video taught me some new moves I can do (like squats) which frankly I've never thought of incorporating into my rebounding. Seems like this will help balance, as well as boredom, and benefit overall strength and wellbeing. Gotta move that Lymph better than not getting on the rebounder at all!
