New exercise moves, a new class anything along those lines can be fun.. We have to push ourselves outside of our comfort zones at times to see changes :) I am doing new moves in the new classes I am teaching so for me for now that will have to count as last week I taught 17 classes I didn't have time to do my "own" workout!
This week I did try passionfruit. I have tried it in yogurts and drinks but never the actual fruit. It was quite tart. They did not have dragon fruit at the farmers market this week so I was disappointed :( Next week I am going for Paw Paw I think..not really sure what it is but I will give it a go! I am also going to attempt BodyCombat again. I have done it in the past but it is not exactly my best class...it is a new release so I will give it a go for next weeks challenge :)

So how is everyone out there in Rebounding land doing this week so far???

Great! I am in the 6 the week of p90x and the workouts are different from last month...in the strength area ...so that works. With spring I will see what is out there for new fruits/veggies!

Hello Team!!!
Thank you to the few of you that participated in the March Challenge.
I will admit that I was not very good at posting on here, my life has been very hectic this month with work, going to Sydney, new classes...so much..I am rarely on the computer and unfortunately that takes my time away from here. I am sorry if I am letting you all down!!!

For April I am going to repeat March's challenge to you to try something new each week as far as a food goes..a Healthy food of course. A new recipe from here maybe, or attempting to create one..or it can be as simple as buying something from the local farmer or veg/fruit stand that you have. I shop at a local farmers market each week....last week I bought and roasted beet root to put in my salads. Never been a fan of beets..first time I decided to cook them myself. Still not a huge fan but in a salad they do add fiber. This week maybe dragon fruit..it intrigued me last week but didn't make the purchase..stay tuned to find out what I do emoticon

Exercise wise I am offering up the same sort of challenge..each week try something NEW. It can be a new bounce on your rebounder, a new class or just a new move in general..for example if you have never challenged yourself to a wall squat...or maybe a complex move of a chest press along with a crunch..on the rebounder it may be a jumping jack, or a twist..
But try at least one new exercise a week. emoticon

Part of being a part of the challenge is also letting your team mates know what you are doing or have done. We want to know about it so come back to this post and let us know!!!
