It is heart healthy month and a short one too...so the challenge will be short and sweet!

Each day for the month of February you need to increase your minutes on the rebounder by 1!!! So if you are new and you are just able to do 10 minutes, each day you will try go for that extra minute..if that is too much shoot for 30 seconds each day. By the end of the month you will be stronger and so will your heart!!!!

Also each week for 4 weeks I want you all try try something new to eat. A new recipe, a new fruit or veg etc...of course the goal is to make it something healthy...it can even be making your coffee with 1 sugar instead of 2.

that is all for this months challenge team, sweet and simple and to the point but can be very effective if you do it!!!!
