Thanks for replying Deb :) and you will surely get stronger and be able to go longer on the rebounder the more you use it..no doubt about it, and it really won't take you too long to build up your endurance if you use it daily, even for 5-10 mins at a time!

I am very new to rebounding and would just like challenges that will keep me motivated
to keep bouncing, I am now just doing the senior rebounder workout on the dvd that came with my urban rebounder,
I think the more I use it the stronger I will get,

Hello Team...
We have so many new members on board for this New Year and I want to again welcome you all to Urban Rebounding!
I want our February Challenge to be something for all of our members to enjoy and be productive in..both the new user and the seasoned bouncer.
I am in the process of trying to think of a great challenge but in the meantime am more than willing to take on suggestions/ideas from you all on what you need "challenged" in for the month ahead.
