Joycee23 Tracking food can be time consuming...but if you save certain meals you like to eat under groupings it makes it easier-also keeping things as "favorites"-or just copying meals from one day to another-I eat a couple different breakfasts but I have them saved as groupings along with my cup of coffee..it is very easy to do :)

Hope everyone's December is going well!!!

Hard to believe it is time to think about what we can do for a challenge in January!!!!

Hello Team...well it is December, they call it the "Silly Season" over here..and we all know it can get a little crazy..but hopefully a good crazy :)
This month the challenge will be to log in every day to SP and at least track what you did exercise wise and food wise. And update your status. Posting here would be a big plus as well.
The challenge is so we can all take a little time to re-focus on our goals and what it is we are here for in the first place. If you take the couple of minutes that logging in and posting takes then that could be your motivation to get through the day a little healthier.

Hoping you all have a very healthy and happy "Silly Season"
