Glad you did well in November...Keep in mind the rebounder is excellent indoor exercise equipment. You can "walk" on it as well, or do the health bounce, march..you can keep it low impact but still get in some minutes and burn some calories!!!

the november challenge went well for me because I could walk outside. It has gotten cold here now and I doubt december will have as many exercise minutes.

Focus on these last days of the month as you said..that is the best way to approach it..if you "throw all caution to the wind" and just blow the month because it hasn't gone well it will be that much harder to get re-motivated when December rolls around. You can do it!!! emoticon

All is quiet here on the challenge front???? How is everyone going? My fitness minutes are on track to beat November, Calorie goal has been fairly good, not where it needs to be but getting better...and huddling..but it is not about me, it is about the team and your challenge and I would love to know how you are all doing???

Week one of November is done! How well did you go on your challenge goals? It is not too late to start, or ramp things up a bit!!
Doing great on beating my minutes for last month, or I should say I am on track to beat them.
Nutrition has been a bit of a struggle but re-focused and being strict for the next week to kick myself back into gear
Been huddling as well...

Your minutes will be logged monthly if you track your fitness on your tracker. The idea is to increase your minutes in November by 100 minutes from what you did in October. So make sure you are tracking everyday on your fitness tracker! emoticon
For the within your calorie range challenge, again it will be using your trackers. These tools are SOOOOO handy and vital in our weight loss journey, you can even print reports to see your intake vs out on your calories etc. emoticon

I am just restarting my weightloss journey so this will be perfect. It won't be hard to add additional minutes since I haven't been doing very much!

Started the no garbage carbs/diet soda on Monday and I'm already feeling better. Lost some pounds, but I don't get too excited yet.

Since I am hypothyroid, I really need to exercise to see the scale move. Thanks for the challenge

this will be a tough challenge for me increasing the minutes of exercise(i enjoy walking outdoors) as the weather gets cooler. I can only try.

Hello Team...this month the November challenge is going to be simple..it is something that some of you may already be doing, or something maybe that you need to revisit (like me)!

First part of the challenge is to get through the end of the month without binging out on Halloween candy. Halloween is not big over here so luckily I am not tempted by that!

Ok so the real challenge is to beat last month's fitness minutes by 100 minutes. emoticon
2nd part of the challenge is to stay within your calorie range for at least 25 days of the month. emoticon
3rd part of your challenge is to huddle with the team at least 3 days a week. emoticon

That's it team!
