Hope you are feeling better now!!

How is everyone else going with the October challenges???

Check in and tell us about it!

Melody, like a song...life is about ups and down and learning to dance to the music in your head and heart!

One...
One tree can start a forest,
One smile can begin a friendship,
One hand can lift a soul,
One word can frame the goal,
One candle can wipe out darkness,
One laugh can conquer gloom,
One hope can raise our spirits,

And...one choice can change your life.

Managed to catch a cold which slowed me down for a couple of days. Got in an extra 5 min of crunches, squats, and witches brew before bed

Hello Team,
Hard to believe that October is just about to arrive!
With it comes Autumn weather for many of you..Halloween, temptations everywhere...
FIGHT IT!
You can do it!

Challenge is very simple this month..try to add just 5 minutes a day to your exercise routine..on the rebounder of course! So if you are working out daily on the rebounder then just add an extra 5 minutes. If you don't rebound regularly then do just 5 minutes a day on it in addition to what you are already doing.
5-6 days a week!
If this becomes less of a challenge as the month progresses then add another 5 minutes!

Also, pick one vice that you have in your nutritional intake and do without it for the first week of October, then the second and so on :) For example, that afternoon pick me up sugary treat you may have...do without it for a week, substitute it with some natural sugar if needed, some sort of fruit.
Hopefully that one week will turn into the 2nd week, and then forever :)
Let us know how you are going..with your additional 5 minutes and what your vice is that you are choosing to do without.
For me it will be "Shapes"..these are crackers. Various kinds that I buy for my hubby..admittedly when I come home from the gym in the afternoon and I have a little munchy feel I reach for the ease of the crackers..they are baked, not fried..and not bad quality, but I can't stop at the 15 suggested serving size. So that is what I will fight for this month!
