Ok i didn't bounce today so far. but i did a cardio sculpt workout. almost 50 mins. I am way out of shape! I had to stop several times & just slowly walk in place. better than nothing I guess. Kick my butt though! Hope everyone is doing good and getting your workout in! Have a happy day! Amy

Hi Gals! I like those songs you mentioned! So, it got me thinking about a couple of other songs I use to listen to also. Not sure if you all would like them or not, but figured I would tell you and let you be the judge. They are old school rap. LOL! Hope you guys like! Have a great jumping day!

I fear my better bouncing days may be behind me, but nevertheless I try to bounce a bit every day not keeping track of the time though. I bounce/jog until my knees start to hurt - little bits at a time varying depending on the day. Jogging to my oldies was always my fav activity on the rebounder. I preferred Jump by the Pointer Sisters to the Van Halen song - for me it has the perfect beat to jog/bounce to on the mini-tramp.

So has anyone been bouncing this month??? If so:
How much:
What moves:
Name a song you bounced too:
Need any suggestions for anything? Just ask your team, we are here to help!!!!


This week ( it is Wed morning so I will go from Sun-Tues)
I have bounce 35 minutes in the past 3 days (I sometimes do 5 min intervals with other machines or just get on it til the music changes)

Jumping Jax, basic and center bounces (to the song in the next section:)) and running-i love to run on my rebounder!

JUMP by Van Halen-if it comes on during my workout at all I HAVE to get on the rebounder-i do basic jumps, center jumps and go as high as I can when they sing "JUMP"!
