Glad you had fun with it :)
I had a fitness disc :( It, along with so many other things, is in boxes waiting to come over here in December..Loved it! Good thing is though at the beach I go to run (when it isn't too windy or rainy) they have this little workout area with a few "machines"..I have used them after each run..one of them is a sort of disc with the handle..I love to get on it and work my waist..non-impact way of twisting vs the rebounder :)
Enjoy yours..you don't need all the other stuff I am sure you can find some sort of video on youtube on ways to use the thing, but I don't think there is to much you can do on it other than "twist" :) If you need balance get a broom or something to hold on too, I am sure it will help some.

huffing ... puffing ... gasp; pant; wheeze ...

(Not really THAT bad! Just trying to be funny!)

I went thrift store shopping earlier this afternoon, and I found this fitness disc. I'd seen small ones before---but this one was way larger. So I bought it! LOL

Anyway, I just finished twisting to Chubby Checker's song, "Let's Twist Again," that Melody posted earlier for us! (Thus, my huffing and puffing!)

Between the FUN of bouncing on rebounders, and the FUN of twisting on a disc, and the FUN/FUN/FUN of upbeat music, there's no excuse not to exercise! LOL LOL LOL

Yeah, yeah... I do have to state the disclaimer that my stupid polio ankle gives me fits quite often. But it wasn't hurting TODAY! So happy about that!!!

Thanks for the challenge!

I have just cleaned up my office at work and now can FINALLY rebound in my office. (yes my rebounder was in the box waiting for me to open it up since Nov.!) Perhaps I can sneak in this challenge while at work...with the door closed and headphones.

Not sure if I am supposed to post in this forum or if it is just for the leaders, so if not,let me know :)

I have a fun challenge that doesn't have any time limit or anything, just something that I used to do in my classes...I have others that I will post from time to time and I hope you all enjoy them. It may be easy for some, hard for others...

I am very music oriented, I like to take songs literally at times and use them to push me.
If you are a beginner on the rebounder you may have to take breaks..this is a short song but it can still be difficult to make it for the whole 2 minutes.
You can do this with your feet and thighs together or a wide stance if you prefer, arms or no arms..it can be a double bounce twist or really have at it and do singles. If you have never done this move please feel free to message or email me and I will give you details.

For the whole song, TWIST..that's it..
Tip..as I am sure alot of you already know..you can create a favorites list on YouTube of workout music and play it if you don't have a mp3 etc.
