3 min. this morning was easy 3 added this afternoon good but winded at end - struggling with congestive heart failure again this week so breathing s hard but the health bounce is perfect for me.

Going to try to bounce again this week - got in 4 minutes health bounce today.
leaning on cart for support, I got 3800 steps in at Walmart!! Total steps [I take off pedometer n trampoline] was 5650 - Very good for me!!!

For 5/02 yes emoticon but ankles really puffy and sore and know I overdid yesterday so cut back to only one session per day - will increase a minute per three days then increase again

For 5/03 yes emoticon 5 minutes and showed hubby what I am doing for accountability and his encouragement.

For 5/04 not today [goal is 5-6days per week] - emoticon walked in town 4000 steps today groceries and paying bills

For 5/5 emoticon did three minutes with parts of the video and then plain 3 minutes of health bounce and feeling good . This was good gentle warm up for gentle walk outside - good for my handicaps.

I bounced a wee bit yesterday within my Marching in Place on the floor.

Regarding JJ's (?) post about assembling the handlebar. We bought a Celleciser and LOVE it. The handle bar was a bit tricky to attach to the rebounder, until we stood the rebounder up on it's side. The poles will fit, with one extra leg in between.
That is, if YOU have a celleciser. if not...can't help.
