Connie,

Topics cannot be deleted. As new topics are created, older threads just "float" further down.

I'd suggest a brand new topic thread for your next challenge!

The reasoning is because if we use a past thread, anyone that did not stay subscribed is unaware that it has started back as an active thread.

So... a brand NEW topic will go out to everyone on the team---including our newest members!

And that's a good thing!

OK, Susy and Beth...I'm wanting to delete this topic..or change the name for March!?!? I didn't intend to have it "stay" on the site...can you delete it? or tell me how, if I must? emoticon

I'm getting ready for March - and excited about it!! Not thinking I'm up for a challenge - but am up for reporting daily as a goal!! Can use another topic - like the "reporting about minutes" one already on here! Ideas?

March is coming in like a lion as far as today! Hoping my exercise attitude and action does the same - with no more injuries!! :-) emoticon emoticon

OUCH! TJTEXAS!!!

Bless your heart!!

Welp - if you are a persevering rebounder - maybe you could do a move recommended by several leaders in the rebounding circuit - sit on the rebounder with feet on the floor - and bounce!! Still great for you lymph system! And for other cells in the body! Upper body and tush and thighs! Just different than standing and rebounding!

ABove all - get better!!! emoticon

TJTEX, hope it heals quickly!

And isn't that ironic that you broke your toe against your rebounder!!!

I may have to back out for now. Broke my toe. Maybe when it is a little less tender I'll give it a try with my "special" flat-bottomed shoe. Asked my doctor specifically if I could and he said as long as I'm wearing my "special" shoe I can give it a try.

Thankfully clean break and won't require surgery. And here's the fun thing y'all - broke it running into the leg of my rebounder. Six weeks in my "special" shoe and hopefully this will be a bad memory.

May need to return to pilates for now.

hey, let me know what you think about her book, expecially the section on cellulite, emoticon . I've seen her info before, I thought it was a little pricey, but may be well worth it.

Hi TJTEX!

Thanks for mentioning the Starbound Rebounding book and DVD. I hadn't heard of them before today, but just spent some time looking at the web site---and ordering a used copy of her BOOK from Amazon ($2.01 + $3.99 shipping). It may not be the brand newest version that Michele Wilburn, the author, has on her web site, but the newest one she's selling is nearly quite pricey.

Here's a review site that I found for you.
www.videofitness.com/reviewsdb/disp_
re
view.php?id=1800

You will notice the two reviewer dates are from 2004. So, again, the DVD may have been updated since then.

Just finished doing the 1-mile Walking Away the Pounds on the rebounder. I guess I'm more out of shape than I thought . . .

Found Starbounder rebounding DVD while searching the Internet. Looks interesting. Anyone have this DVD and can provide a review?

www.starbounding.com/

The intro posted on Google looks interesting:

LaDelle, Jamie breaks everything down and makes it understandable, even carb cycling. I've lost a pound of holiday fat furing my first week on the program.
