I haven't bounced on the trampoline, not that I don't want to. I live upstairs & the people below me complained so I do it on my terrace. Being it's winter time & cold,I really don't feel like it. I do cardio in the house that is not so noisey. The trampoline shakes things downstairs from me in the people under me house. This stinks, but that's that. If I have a nice day though, I will go outside & bounce around.

Did a quick warm up on the elliptical then a rebounding class with strength training mixed in. This was a bit more intense than the class I took earlier this week but it was fun and challenging. The instructor called the class "turkey boot camp" and promised we would burn off turkey and a piece of pumpkin pie. I believe him!

Did a 20 minute warm up on the elliptical and then I took a 55 minute rebounding class at the gym. What fun being in a group with 10 other people all rebounding to an energetic instructor with great uplifting music! The routine was very challenging yet it kept you in a great heart rate zone so you didn't get exhausted. The last 10-15 minutes were spent on stength training and abs which also was good for me as it is an area I really need to work on.

Glad to hear Rhonda. That's my favorite to do on the trampoline

I do 1,000 of them on it 1x a week, in sets of 300 & last set 100 and bounce easy to rest in between

I don't always use the trampoline, because I rather walk outside & do my exrcise. But now with winter coming I will get back bouncing more.

NONE TODAY FOR ME.

Lee great idea about the jumping jacks on the trampoline. I usually only get about 100 in a day, I can't wait to see how many I can do on the trampoline!

jacks are easy done on the trampoline. I've already done 1000 many times. It's easy on the knees. I do 300 in one shot on the trampoline, otherwise I do 100 at 1 time off the trampoline.
I rest for 2 min & continue. It's easy on the mini


Today I did 800 /on the grass in sets of 100 when I was out walking
