2. Put a daily plan in place and stick to it. I had great plans and intentions for Christmas dinner, but didn't follow through as I felt so weak and tired. Slept most of the day. Hubby and I decided we could always do it another day when I felt better. He wants to tomorrow, but I'm still not feeling up to making pre-dinner arrangements, ie, filling the crockpot. Don't know what's wrong with me, just tired I think.

3. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. 172 steps, translating to 3 minutes

4. Sneak in some strength training at least 2 days a week. - no

5. Drink your water daily. - POWERADE?

6. Tell yourself each night how good you are doing. - no. Don't feel like I'm doing very good. No hugs here tonight. emoticon

2. Put a daily plan in place and stick to it. - done

3. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. - done

4. Sneak in some strength training at least 2 days a week. - no

5. Drink your water daily. - yes

6. Tell yourself each night how good you are doing. - done
