I did get a nice walk in yesterday and plan to do another today with the neighbor. I will squeeze in those strength exercises too.

For October I will post a new challenge every Monday. You can do either the cardio or strength, or both if you wish.

This week's Cardio Challenge is to do 30 minutes of fast walking 3 times.
This week's Strength Challenge is to do 10 wall pushups every day. You may continue to do the calf raises if you wish.
