I have copied Linda's challenge to keep them all together.

Since summer is here, I thought it would be good to do a cardio challenge. Let's try to do at least 3 or 4 days a week of cardio, whether it be walking or a dance fitness class. We should try to do at least 20 minutes those 3 or 4 days. I thought if we keep a running team total it would be more fun. An example is below:

0 minutes forward
45 minutes cardio 06/01 (Jazzercise)
45 minutes team total.

The next person will start with :
45 minutes forward
25 minutes walk 06/01
70 minutes total. Does this make sense to you? If not, ask questions before we start. The first actual post won't be until tomorrow night or Sunday morning. Also, don't count any strength training towards the minutes. We're just counting cardio in this challenge.
