My goal right now is to get healthy and help my mom and dad get healthy as well. They are both borderline diabetic and with my sister already being diagnosed with diabetes and it running so rampant in my family its a fear we all have. I also want to get dwn to a healthy size. And one where I dont have to spend extra money on for the plus size.

My only goal for right now (besides being healthy) is to get my flat tummy back in a month :) I have 2 kids and I've noticed a difference in the way I look... I think that I look like I NEED to workout and I've never looked like that before. The reason I've given myself only a month is because I'm in Korea right now and will be going back home (to AZ) in a month so I want to look like I'm in good shape :)

My long term goal is to walk up to the podium (Part of my job involves public speaking) and not feel like people are looking at my weight and not seeing me - does that make sense??

My short term goal is to get into an outfit I have hanging in my closet that I've only been able to wear comfortably ONCE!!!!

I am new here and my goal this week is to drink more water. The last 2 wks I have been able to replace my morning 32 oz diet pepsi at work with about 32 oz of water. So this week, I am going to replace another one of my diet pepsi's with water and get up to the amount of water I should be drinking. :-)

I'm doing good in the fruit and veggie department, it's carbs and protein I'm having a hard time with. Yesterday my total caloric intake was only 918 and I'm not doing much better today. I try to eat combo meals, like last night rice and beans. I do try to eat more often as not to feel full after a meal. I'll get it down if it kills me, the right combonation of meals and such.

Man... They were strict. It sounds like you did great not going overboard.

I did pack a cooler...guess what? They wouldn't allow re-entry nor would they allow outside food. I did the best I could with a cheese quesadilla (since I'm a vegetarian it was limited). We got plenty of exercise and loads of fun!

Today my goal is to find my apetite and get up to my range! I'm also aiming to increase my activity.

Have you thought about packing a cooler with some healthy snacks in it. I don't know if you could or even feel like going out to your car to eat but it's a idea. Plus, it would save you some money. But you are right you will be getting in a lot of exercise.

Weekends are usually the worst for me too. This weekend is no exception. My daughter and I are going to an all day concert tomorrow, outside. Its at a fairgrounds so I'm hoping to get in some exercise, but they don't allow you to bring in outside food. I guess I should set my goal for tomorrow to make wiser decisions about my eating.

It's now 1 day shy of the end of week 2 and I have lost another 2 lbs. My goal was to loss 5 lbs and I've hit my first milestone 5 lbs gone, YEAH!

Well... Since I did terrible yesterday I am going to try once again to eat healthy. Yesterday I ate two peanut butter cookies, nachos for lunch, two PB&J sandwiches for dinner, popcorn & then 100 calorie chocolate. To me that was not a good day. I'm going to do better today.

My goal for today is to change up my menu a bit.

I usually eat just about the same thing everyday. Some slight variances but not too many. So I need to go outside my comfort zone.

That's funny...

I was thinking of the same thing for my goal today. I've been doing really bad the past couple of days and I know what I have to do to start losing weight it's just doing it. So I figured it will have to be a one day at a time kind of thing.

We are all here for one purpose and that is to become a healthier person, right. But, I just thought it would be nice to let others know other goals that we may have. Either they can be daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Please post as often as you like. I just felt that by posting our goals it may help us reach them a little faster.
