Maybe on old one but for me it works ... take a "G-Rated" photo of yourself in your swimsuit or something that doesn't hide too much of your figure ... usually two views "Front & Side" the post them somewhere you will see them each day (for me that is the bathroom mirror) ...

It has helped me remember WHY I want and need to loose weight & get in better condition.

I make a list as the day goes on. I think of things and right them down for the next days activities or chores. I even come up with some for hubby. emoticon

Put it on the the fridge or a mirror....needs to go somewhere you walk by a lot. The same place everyday.

I like making and using "lists"...my problem is that I sometimes lose the list in my stacking method of getting things ready to file. emoticon emoticon

Organized isn't something that comes naturally for me but at work I make myself be. I have to take that drive and manifest it at home. I can absolutely make a list at night with a draft of my next day. I can do that. I will do that. Thank you!

I blog my "game plan" for the next day or at least try to every evening.

What I get from my post + the previous 2 are that we have to stay organized a little better.

It doesn't matter if it's about food, exercise, finances.

I have my daily to do list on my calendar page. Since I carry it around all the time I am marking things off. Items that repeat a lot I have a seperate sheet that is in a sheet protector so that I can mark and erase.

I have a Daily To Do Sheet...that I carry around on a clip board with my goals for the day. Some get done & some don't. I just strive to drink the water, eat the fruits & veggies, work in some exercise and track it all. Before I know it the day is over and I'm tired! Those are short term goals that hopefully will lead to medium or long term goals of living a more healthy lifestyle and a more organized lifestyle.

There are usually revisions too....to make allowances for weather, illness, etc.

My Sparkfriends help too....giving me the motivation to continue pushing forward!

Goals are a great way to keep yourself focused and on track.

Some of us are awesome at making list, checking the list off and feeling complete at the end of the day and some, well, not so much!

This is our way to help each other by sharing how we do it!!

Give us some ideas on your goals: short, medium and long. How you keep them and what happens if you veer off course!
