I've been pretty focused on exercise & healthy eating.......and tracking them both. I really do better when I use the fitness & nutrition trackers.

Made a large pot of Cabbage Vegetable soup last week. Some to eat now & some to freeze for later.

Although food tracking can be so time consuming for so many of us, it is beneficial and sometimes makes a difference between seeing the scale move up or down.


Food tracking is a good thing to incorporate on your healthy lifestyle journey.

I could not get rid of the old forum & begin a new one, so I've just changed the focus of this forum to all healthy eating topics. That includes hints, suggestions, discussions & recipes for healthy meals. I hope that you will contribute to this forum. Thanks.
