My goals for this month are to lose at least one more inch off each part of my body and to make sure that I continue to workout daily and eat clean.

I don't know if I have a specific goal. I have a total goal to lose 55 pounds but I am going to start by making a goal to exercise every day. I would like to use my pedometer to get my 10,000 steps by the middle of the month. I am going to use my elliptical at least 4 days a week.

I do have a shoulder injury I am dealing with so I can't do a lot with my right arm.

My goal for the month and year are to lose at least 1 lb per week until I get to my ideal weight. I think if I have a small goal leading to a large goal with help me achieve success.
