I've been eating my greens--even bought zucchini this week (I'm sure in August, I'll look back and laugh at the idea of BUYING zucchini, but hey--it's green, right?). emoticon
Also, I have two dresses that I can't wait to get more wear out of now that spring is inching closer. emoticon

Broccoli, spinach, cucumbers, green olives, avocados, celery, cabbage, parsley, green beans, bell peppers, asparagus, zucchini & green onions

green! I went and picked up green grapes, green apples, broccoli, zucchini, spinach, caesar salad kit, and green beans yesterday. Ate salad last night, today is more salad, green beans, grapes and an apple. Lots of green in my diet!

Whew, I like this weeks Challenge, new exercise, greens-a-plenty, and a new outfit for the end of this challenge. Does that mean I need to go shopping? emoticon emoticon

So tomorrow starts day 1 if unemployment. I mapped out fitness goals and things to do every day of the week. I just finished meal prepping lunch for the week. I’m excited and ready to do this

I had to buy a new scale since my former (only 6 month old scale) kept telling me drastically fluctuating weights anywhere from normal weigh in to losing 15-20 lbs in 2 days. However, Week 1 weigh in was on the old scale. New scale is showing a gain from week 1. emoticon I don't think I gained in reality, but stupid scale was a liar. Here's to a new week, new goals, and new successes. Hope everyone is seeing and more importantly feeling the progress.

This week didn't go as expected. My car broke down, my youngest was home sick with the stomach flu and just when she was on the mend, my son now has it worse than she did. So, I didn't exercise at all and I didn't eat as well as i'd planned. I still managed to lose a pound. So, it's not that bad. I'm hoping this week will be much better.
