I have to respectfully resign from this challenge. The physician;s scale I purchased was defective. I need to focus on behaviors rather than weight. Sorry.

This challenge will run for 8 weeks from March 4 to April 29. Your starting weights are due in on March 4! emoticon emoticon

Everyone will be participating as individuals rather than teams. We will be tracking our weekly progress by percentage of weight lost to keep it fair. You don't have to worry about figuring out the number, just check in here with your weight each week!

You will need to weigh in each week on Sundays by 11pm eastern for your weigh in to count towards the challenge. If you miss more than two weeks in a row... then you will be ELIMINATED! emoticon emoticon

Each week there will be a feature challenge that will be aimed at helping you focus on food, exercise, motivation, and self care. These challenges will be in place to help you stay on track, support your goals, and maybe even earn you title of the Biggest Loser! emoticon
