For February, 2019 my goal is to try and reach 100 miles again. There are 3 less days compared to last month so I think it will be a great challenge. I need to start doing floor exercises too, I have a long way to go especially with my core so adding planks, etc should help in that area. So far I have had some great progress, been losing about 1 pound per week since December 6th.

CHALLENGE YOURSELF!

Track your daily miles here. Leslie Walks count for however many miles the workout is listed as (ex. 4 Fast Miles = 4 miles). In the case of Fast Firming or other non-walking workouts 15 minutes = 1 mile. For all other exercise 15 minutes = 1 mile, unless you know the exact amount of miles. If you don't have or forget to wear a pedometer, here's a website that gives a rough estimate of the number of steps one takes per mile based on a stride to height ratio:
