My goal for December is 50 miles. Seeing a physical therapist and dietician has helped motivate me to start tracking my food and exercise again, now that I am on cpap machine I will start having better energy. Dietician set a goal for me to walk at least 15 minutes every day; but with the changes to my diet I feel a little extra energy and can handle at least 30 minutes most days.

Dec. 11: 2 miles
Dec. 12: 4 miles

I walked a total of 75 miles in December, I definitely surpassed my goal, woohoo!

My goal for December is 115 miles, 4 rest days and 12 weight lifting days (November stats Total: 114.63 miles for the month 6 days of no exercise 8 days of weight training)

Dec. 1: 4 mile walk away the pounds and 3 miles for 45 minutes of weight training total= 7 miles
Dec. 2: 4 warp and 3 yoga =7
Dec. 3: 8 watp
Dec. 4: 8 warp 2.26 w/dogs = 10.26
Dec. 5: 5 warp 3 weight training = 8
Dec. 6: 0
Dec. 7: 1 mile
Dec. 8: 5 mile watp 3 miles of weights =8
Total: 49.26


Dec. 9: 3.39 mile dogs 4 mile watp =7.39
Dec. 10: 2 mile watp 3 mile weights =5
Dec. 11: 9 mile watp
Dec. 12: 3 mile weights, 4 warp & 1.4 dogwalk=8.4
Dec. 13: 5 mile watp

CHALLENGE YOURSELF!

Track your daily miles here. Leslie Walks count for however many miles the workout is listed as (ex. 4 Fast Miles = 4 miles). In the case of Fast Firming or other non-walking workouts 15 minutes = 1 mile. For all other exercise 15 minutes = 1 mile, unless you know the exact amount of miles. If you don't have or forget to wear a pedometer, here's a website that gives a rough estimate of the number of steps one takes per mile based on a stride to height ratio:
