Track your daily miles here. Leslie Walks count for however many miles the workout is listed as (ex. 4 Fast Miles = 4 miles). In the case of Fast Firming or other non-walking workouts 15 minutes = 1 mile. For all other exercise 15 minutes = 1 mile, unless you know the amount of miles. Set a realistic goal for yourself.
