Qi Gong/ Chi Kung is a practice similar to Tai Chi but easier to learn and highly effective to increase energy, reduce stress, and promote healing.
Qi gong is a combination of deep breathing, stretching, moving exercises, and holding postures. It is a moving meditation as much as it is a physical exercise.
This is a general introduction to the concept of qigong and how it can help you. It is based on the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture and has been practiced for centuries.

Some of the things I do with Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV):

1) After my coffee! I drink my WATER out of a Yetti (3 1/2 cups) every day and add 1 to 2 teaspoons (tsp) of Braggs ACV with 1/2 tsp of Pyure Organic Stevia Blend Sweetener (I buy at Wal Mart).
I drink at least 4 Yetti (I'm Worth It) cups a day. That's about 6 to 8 tsp of ACV. How many tsp are in a tablespoon (tbs)?

2) I make a salad dressing with a large Tbs of Mayonnaise, a large Tbs of Sour Cream (or plain yogurt), and thin it with ACV (a couple of splashes) and any spices I feel like having. Mix it all up and pour the whole thing on a real big salad with my protein of choice.
