I started making double batches of pasta. The second night I make a baked dish which I like better than the first night.

Tonight I made meatloaf (with oatmeal), mashed potato/cauliflower, and brussel sprouts. New sauce recipe for sprouts

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

The sauce runs off and is a leftover for the next sprouts meal.

I made a big pot of vegetable soup with quinoa, lentils and black. It's very thick, so when serving it 1 ladle of soup and add 3/4 cup of beef broth. I have a week of soup.

Paula I am using up some nutritional yeast leftover from my vegan eating. I use it on mashed cauliflower. I will try it on popcorn. What else do you use it on?

This morning was unusual in that I normally eat 'breakfast food'. I had a Kaiser bun, half with cream cheese and havarti cheese, slice of salami.

Lunch will be leftovers - salad, boiled egg, fruit salad.

Dinner Asian stir fry veggies with shrimp.

a green smoothie is planned for lunch - protein powder, spinach, lemon juice and banana. Tastes much better than it sounds. emoticon

This evening chicken breast wraps with cheese, avocado, onions and mushrooms and mixed fresh fruit.

Breakfast: coffee, small banana, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, bran flakes, 1% milk.

Lunch: Wendy's kids chicken wrap. Cutie mandarin orange

Dinner: Large salad with mixed greens, diced celery, low sugar Craisins, tomato with light raspberry vinaigrette. No sugar added applesauce

Snack: Simple truth organic popcorn, Oikos Zero Greek Yogurt

Plain Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries, peanut butter

Dinner most likely will be a salad and 2 bean burritos made with carb balance whole wheat tortillas, cheddar slices, and fat free refried beans. Also mixed fruit - banana, grapes and pineapple.

snack will be air popped popcorn with nutritional yeast and a little seasoned salt.
